To make sure that your computer's integrity & security is not being compromised, it's essential that you get rid of the "My Security Shield" infection in the most complete way possible. By using a legitimate tool (we recommend XoftSpySE), you should be able to let it scan through your system and remove the various parts of the virus that are on your computer. To use a tool like XoftSpySE (if you don't want to use this program, just look for an anti-malware / anti-spyware program produced by a large company), you should download it onto a PC that is not infected and then transfer it to your PC that has the virus via CD or USB. After installing it on your infected PC, let it scan through your system and then remove the various parts of the virus - which should completely clean up your system.
